Ordering and Payment
- By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into contracts.
- Orders are accepted once payment has been successfully processed, and confirmation has been sent.
- We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, and online payments via Apple Pay, available at checkout.
- Payment is taken at the time of ordering.
- All prices are in GBP and include VAT at 20%.
Delivery
- We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
- Typical processing times are 1-2 business days.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the item is delivered.

Returns and Refunds
3.1 Faulty or damaged goods:
- You have a legal right to a full refund for faulty, damaged, or mis-described goods, within 30 days of receipt. Proof of purchase required.
- We can offer a full refund on these occasions, including delivery cost, or offer suitable alternatives such as an exchange, or shop credit.
- Personalised items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, but you may still claim a refund if faulty.
3.2 Change of mind (non-personalised) items only:
- You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, and return it within 14 days.
- Customers are responsible for return postage, expect for faulty items.
3.3 Proof of Purchase:
- To process a return or refund, you must provide proof of purchase - e.g. order confirmation, receipt, or bank statement.
3.4 Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, within 5-10 business days of inspecting the item, depending on your bank.
Personalised Items
- Personalised products cannot be returned for change of mind.
- If a personalised item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may request a refund, exchange or shop credit in line with UK Consumer Law.
Intellectual Property
- All designs within the products on this website are owned by Revolucian Prints.
- You may not copy, reproduce or sell our artwork without express written permission, as protected by Copyright Law.
Limitation Of Liability
- We make every effort to ensure our products and website are accurate and reliable.
- Except as required by law, Revolucian Prints is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site, or purchase of products.
- Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
