By accessing or placing an order with Revolucian Prints, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

You may not use our site for unlawful purposes, or in any way that could damage our reputation or services.

 

 

About Us

1.1 Rights & Reservations:

2.1 Products & Orders:

  • All products are described and priced as accurately as possible. 
  • Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
  • In the rare case of an error, suspected fraud, or unavailability, we may need to cancel or refuse an order.
  • If this happens, we will always offer a suitable alternative or shop credit. If payment has already been taken, you will receive a full refund.

 

Ordering & Payment

  • By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into contracts.
  • Please note that our store has a minimum order subtotal of £3.50.
  • Orders are accepted once payment has been successfully processed, and confirmation has been sent.
  • We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, and online payments via Apple Pay, as available at checkout.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. 
  • All prices are in GBP. 

Delivery Times

  • We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. 
  • Typical processing times are 2-3 business days.
  • Delivery times are estimated at 2-3 business days but may vary due to unforeseen circumstances and location. 
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the item is delivered. 
  • We cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control, such as courier or customs delays.

Please inspect your order upon receipt, and report any issues promptly. We'll be happy to help!

 

 

Refunds & Cancellations

3.1 Faulty or damaged goods:

  • Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers have 30 days from receipt to reject goods that are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, and receive a full refund. Proof of purchase is required.
  • Personalised items cannot be returned, unless faulty.

3.2 Change of mind (non-personalised) items only:

  • Customers have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving their order, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013). 
  • Once you notify us of cancellation, you then have an additional 14 days to return the goods, giving a total of 28 days.
  • Customers are responsible for return postage, unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described. 
  • In such cases, we will cover the return postage once evidence is provided. Returned items must be in their original condition.

3.3 Proof of Purchase:

  • To process a return or refund, you must provide proof of purchase - e.g. order confirmation, receipt, or bank statement. 

3.4 Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, within 5-10 business days of inspecting the item, depending on your bank.

3.5 Personalised Items: 

  • Personalised products cannot be returned for change of mind, unless faulty.

 

 

Returns Policy

 

4.1 Handmade Items (Cards, Prints & Invitations):

  • We accept returns on our standard handmade decor items within 30 days of delivery. 

Please note that if you are returning an item due to change-of-mind, once you request to cancel your order, the return window is within 14 days.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition to our studio address for inspection and refunding.

 

Note: Customised invitations cannot be returned unless they arrive defective. 

These are exempt from a change-of-mind return.

 

 

4.2 Made-to-Order Merch (DTG Clothing, Mugs, Cushions etc.):

  • Our custom-printed merchandise is made on-demand just for you and fulfilled by a third party print production. 
  • This means that we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind or incorrect sizing.
  • Conditions for a full refund and/or exchange still remains unaffected if the return is due to a defective item.

 

 

4.3 Damaged or Defective Items (All Products):

  • If any item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us at lucian@revolucianprints.co.uk with your order number and we will be happy to assist you!
  • Please contact us with a clear photograph of the issue within 14 days of delivery. 

We will happily arrange a free replacement or a full refund. 

 

 

Please do not mail items back without contacting us first, as return addresses vary by product type. Inaccurate return addresses can unfortunately lead to items being rejected and returned to sender,            destroyed, or donated, all of which can lead to excess fees for our customers. 

 

 

Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

  • Please double-check your delivery address carefully when placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for items that are delayed, lost, or returned to sender due to an incorrect, incomplete, or mis-typed address provided at checkout.
  • If a package is returned to our studio or to our printing partner as "undeliverable" due to an address error on your part, we will contact you immediately. 
  • However to re-ship the item (applicable for both dispatch locations), you will be responsible for covering the re-shipping fee which covers the cost of the new postage label and/or dispatch fee.
  • If you prefer a refund, we can issue a refund for the cost of the item(s), but the original shipping fee cannot be refunded as the service was already used. 

 

  • Note: Custom-made or personalised items cannot be refunded if returned due to an address error. 

 

Intellectual Property

  • All designs within the products on this website are owned by Revolucian Prints and remain the intellectual property of Revolucian Prints, unless otherwise stated.
  • These works are protected by copyright and, where applicable, trademark law.
  • You may not copy, distribute, modify, reproduce or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
  • We reserve the right to take appropriate action against unauthorised use of our intellectual property.

 

Limitation Of Liability

  • We make every effort to ensure our products and website are accurate and reliable.
  • Except as required by law, Revolucian Prints is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site, or purchase of products, including but not limited to indirect losses, such as loss of profit or opportunity.
  • Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

 

Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
  • Continued use of the website after changes means acceptance of the new Terms & Conditions.

 

 

Privacy & Data Protection

 

Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

 

Severability

  • If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, the rest will continue to apply in full.
