After notifying us of your intention to return, you have a further 14 days to send the item back.

 

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Proof of purchase is required.

 

The original delivery cost you paid will be refunded.

 

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

 

Please note: Personalised or custom-made items (for example, invitations with added names or text) are exempt from change-of-mind returns unless they arrive faulty.

If your item is faulty, misprinted, damaged in transit, or not as described:

Please provide your order number, email address, proof of purchase & photo evidence of the fault.

Return shipping for faulty items is covered by us, and pre-paid postage will be organised for you.

Change-of-mind returns are unfortunately not accepted on personalised/custom items.

 

Faulty items are always covered under consumer law.

If you paid using Klarna, please contact their customer service team as soon as you initiate a return. This allows them to pause further payments while your refund is being processed.

If you used loyalty points toward your purchase, the equivalent monetary value will be refunded.

For example, as you collect 5 points for every £1 spent, 50 points would equal a £10 refund. 

If preferred, we can issue the value as a voucher for future use.

 

If part of your order was paid in cash (such as delivery fees), that portion will be refunded to your original payment method.
