  • To start a return, please submit your request to us through this portal form.
  • The returns address will be provided once your request is approved. Please check that your details are correct carefully. 

Returns Policy

  • At Revolucian Prints we take our customers seriously! Every piece is created with intent, purpose, and heart, and we want you to feel confident when purchasing from us. More than this, we want you to love your product just as much as we do! 

 

If something misses the mark and you're not 100% happy, then neither are we. 

We’ll always do our best to make things right.

 

 

Damages, Misprints & Defects

  • From time to time our products may lose their spark (and quality) during the delivery process. If that happens, rest assured we've made the return and refund process as easy as possible for you.
  • If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at: lucian@revolucianprints.co.uk with a clear photograph showing the affected product and its issue. 
  • Please kindly provide your order number for speedier response times. 
  • As per your statutory rights covered in the Consumer Rights Act, 2015, we will offer you an exchange, full refund including the original shipping cost, or simply resend you a new replacement, free of charge. 
  • We will also provide you with a returns address, arranging for the faulty product to be shipped back to us. We will cover the cost of return postage. 

 

Please note: this return window applies exclusively to delivered items. It does not include orders which have yet to arrive due to delays at customs and/or are lost in transit.

 

  • If your order is taking a little longer than expected and you'd like to find out more information about its location, please refer to our shipping information page for guidance on lost or delayed parcels. 
  • In instances where your order is taking longer to arrive than agreed and as is reasonable - longer than 30 days, then customers have the right to cancel for a full refund.

 

  • In the rare occasion that a fault develops after the 30 day returns window has passed, but within 6 months of receipt, you may still be entitled to a repair, replacement, or partial refund where applicable. 
  • After 6 months if the product develops a fault, please note that the burden of proving that the item was faulty upon        receipt, may fall upon the customer to provide appropriate evidence for us to review. 

 

Change of Mind

  • Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, 2013, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of          receiving your order. This is known as a 'cooling-off' period.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, alongside proof of purchase. 
  • To do this, simply notify us of your request to return your item by filling out the above Returns Portal Form, selecting 'Change Of Mind'. You can also email us at: lucian@revolucianprints.co.uk. 
  • After we have received and approved your request, we will email you back with a returns address. This is usually done within 1-2 business days. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. This provides a total of 28 days from the point of ordering. 

 

Please note that customers including those residing internationally, are responsible for the cost of return postage, and may apply even if the item is faulty or damaged due to transit, packing and handling complexities. 

However, wherever possible we will endeavour to offer you a suitable resolution and if a refund is not possible as per a case by case basis, then we will offer you a goodwill gesture of an exchange or shop credit. 

 

  • If your order is already in transit when you cancel your order, or if you have already received your order, a full refund will be given alongside the shipping fee you originally paid. All change-of-mind returns must be arranged directly through us.

 

Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

  • Change-of-mind returns for personalised items cannot be accepted due to being made-to-order. 
  • Returns for a full refund on these items apply only when faulty, damaged, or mis-printed. 

 

Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

  • Please double-check your delivery address carefully when placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for items that are delayed, lost, or returned to sender due to an incorrect, incomplete, or mis-typed address provided at checkout.
  • If a package is returned to our studio or to our printing partner as "undeliverable" due to an address error on your part, we will contact you immediately. 
  • However to re-ship the item (applicable for both dispatch locations), you will be responsible for covering the re-shipping fee which covers the cost of the new postage label and/or dispatch fee.
  • If you prefer a refund, we can issue a refund for the cost of the item(s), but the original shipping fee cannot be refunded as the service was already used. 

 

Note: Custom-made or personalised items cannot be refunded if returned due to an address error. 

 

 

Refunds & Processing

 

  • Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, and is issued to the payment method used at checkout.
  • Processing times vary between banks, but most refunds appear within 3-10 business days after being processed. 

However depending on the card issuer, it can take up to 30 days to clear fully.

 

1.1 Paying with Klarna

  • If you paid using Klarna, please notify their customer service team as soon as you initiate a return with us. You can do this by logging into your account on the Klarna app or website. 
  • Locate the purchase you wish to return and select the option to "report a return". 
  • This step is crucial as it pauses your payment obligation until the return is processed. 
  • When reporting a return to Klarna, provide them with any return tracking information as evidence. This could be a tracking number, invoice with your order number, receipt or bank statement. Klarna will use this information to monitor the status of your return.
  • We will confirm the return and Klarna will then adjust or cancel your payment plan based upon the refunded amount. They will update your payment obligations immediately upon notification of the return. This will show up on your Klarna account and you should receive an email confirming this. 
  • Klarna may offer the option to credit your account for quicker access to funds. 
  • You can track the status of your return and refund through the Klarna app, ensuring transparency throughout the      process. If you encounter any issues or delays, Klarna's customer support is available to assist you. 
  • By following these steps, you can ensure that your return and refund process with Klarna is handled efficiently and effectively. 

 

1.2 Paying with Loyalty Points

  • If you paid for your order in full or partially with loyalty points earned through our Revolucian Rewards scheme, the equivalent monetary value will be refunded. Our incentives are managed by a third party plug in, so cannot be replaced with points.

For example as you collect 2 points for every £1 spent, 20 points = £10 monetary refund.

 

  • You may prefer a voucher or shop credit instead of a cash refund. No problem! We can arrange for a voucher to be      issued for you, entitling you to £10 off your next order with us.
