Please Note: As our apparel and merchandise based items are custom-made to order, production begins quickly. Unlike our greeting cards, prints, and invitations which are lovingly made and shipped directly from our studio, our fulfilment partner handles all custom-printed items directly. 

Cancellations can only be processed if your order has not yet reached production. 

In accordance with our store policies and UK statutory law, change-of-mind cancellations cannot be issued for items that have already been custom=printed.
