Here's everything you need to know about processing and delivery.
Processing Times
- Our studio hours are Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm. Orders are processed and packed during these hours.
- When we receive your order after the close of business, it will be processed the next working day.
- Please allow 2-3 business days for processing after payment has been received.
- These times are our best estimate, however during busier peak periods such as Christmas, this may extend slightly as demand increases.
- You will receive an email confirmation of your order, along with your customer reference and invoice. A tracking reference will be provided wherever possible, for you to follow your package on its journey.
In order to minimise potential delays, un-deliverable items, and additional shipping fees, please check your address details carefully before placing your order.

Delivery Times
- After carefully packaging your order, it is handed over to our loyal Posties at Royal Mail for dispatch.
- Standard UK delivery: is usually 3-5 business days after dispatch.
- European delivery: is usually 3-5 business days after dispatch with International Tracked.
- International delivery (Rest of World): is usually 5-7 business days after dispatch with International Tracked.
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier/customs delays, seasonal demand, or other factors beyond control. We will endeavour to keep you as informed about your order as we can.
- In the rare instance that your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, you have the right to go ahead and cancel your order. You will receive a full refund including the shipping charge you paid, which will be debited back to your payment method at checkout.

Packaging & Presentation
We take great care to ensure your orders are packaged nice and secure, so they arrive in pristine condition.
- Handmade Prints, Cards & Invitations: To prevent bending in transit, all flat paper items, invitations, and unframed prints are shipped in Manilla Kraft envelopes with rigid thick card to avoid sliding around.
- Smaller items such as phone cases and stickers will additionally be bubble wrapped.
- Frames, Apparel & Merchandise: Our printed apparel lines and frames for your prints, if added at checkout, are securely packed in durable, weatherproof polymer or paper mailers, or smaller cardboard boxes for mugs and candles. These are designed to protect fabrics from the elements during delivery, and are recyclable, Eco-friendly, and acid-free.
- How items are sold: All items are sold and dispatched as individual products. For bulk orders or bundled sets (such as invitation packs), items are neatly organised and wrapped together securely within a single shipment whenever possible.
Shipping Options & Costs
- Customers who reside domestically within the United Kingdom can enjoy free delivery, for all eligible orders with a subtotal value of £40 or more.
- Orders below £40 are calculated at checkout based upon subtotal and weight, with a flat fee applied:
1.1 Small orders (e.g. individual cards, invitations & unframed prints)
- For orders between £3.50 - £11.99, a flat fee of £1.95 is applied.
1.2 Medium orders (e.g. one card or print, one hoodie or candle)
- For orders between £12 - £39.99, a flat fee of £3.95 is applied.
1.3 Large & Extra-Large orders (e.g. two t-shirts or hoodies, 4 cards, a candle, phone case, or cushion)
- For orders greater than £40.00, a flat fee of £0.00 is applied, entitling free delivery.
- We believe that our pricing system is fair, transparent, and clear to follow. With two different flat fees applied based upon weight and order value, £3.95 is standard for delivery charges and fairly balances the basket cost, while the lower £1.95 flat fee is more suitable for our customers who only need a few cards or prints (fitting into a large envelope).
Royal Mail reflects this in their shipping costs.

- For our International customers, shipping charges are calculated at checkout, and are based upon carrier-calculated rates. These are weight and origin based.
- Orders are sent by Royal Mail International Tracking to support medium-sized packages of 20kg with a default measurement 46 x 46 x 61 cm.
International delivery times and costs vary by destination and will be shown at checkout.
Due to this we are not able to reasonably enforce a minimum order for free delivery, as the variation in prices would make it difficult to remain transparent and fairly priced for everyone.
- In light of this however, our international customers can still take advantage of the multi-buy price combos (such as 4 cards for £10), and continue to earn and reedem loyalty points through Revolucian Rewards, without paying a shipping markup. We've also decided to keep the minimum subtotal order at our lowest price, £3.50, so you can continue to enjoy our products and perks in the same way our UK customers do.
- Please note that by varying these rules, it in no way infringes upon your statutory rights even when buying abroad.
Printed-On-Demand Items (Apparel & Merch)
- Production (Fulfilment) Window: Please allow 5-7 business days for your item to be printed, checked, and packaged.
- Please note this fulfilment window is an estimate, and may vary.
- Estimated Shipping Speeds: Once your custom item is completed, estimated transit timelines are as follows:
- UK Orders: 5-6 business days.
- EU Orders: 5-11 business days.
- International Orders: 10-19 business days depending on local customs processing.
- Combined Shipping Note: If your basket includes a mix of handmade studio items and printed apparel, your items will arrive in separate packages with unique tracking references.
You will not incur any unexpected postage fees for split deliveries.
EU & International Customers: Your rights
2.1 Consumer Protections:
- Orders shipped outside of the UK are fully protected under international e-commerce standards, and EU consumer directives, alongside our standard store policies.
2.2: Faulty or Damaged Goods:
- EU & International customers are legally entitled to a full refund or replacement if an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described.
2.3: Delayed or Lost Orders:
- You are entitled to cancel for a full refund if your order is late to arrive, and additionally are entitled to a full refund or exchange if your order is declared "officially lost" under Royal Mail's guidelines.

2.4: Right to Cancel (Change of Mind):
- For non-customised items, you have the right to change your mind and cancel your online purchase within 14 days of receipt. You must notify us of your intention to return by using our Returns Portal Form.
2.5: Returning Your Items:
- Once your request is reviewed and a returns address is provided, you have a further 14 days to arrange for the item/s to be posted back to us, totalling 28 days. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, alongside proof of purchase.
2.6: Return Shipping Costs:
- Please note that the return shipping fee will be the customer's responsibility to arrange and pay for. Change-of-mind returns strictly exclude items which are custom-made or personalised to your specifications, such as invitation packs.
2.7: Import Duties & Local Taxes:
- International shipments cross customs borders and may be subject to local import duties, tax levies, and VAT charges depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid at the time of collection. For more information on import duties, please visit your local customs office.
Delivery Disclaimers
- Address accuracy: Please check that you have entered your shipping address & personal details carefully at checkout. Packages that are returned to sender or are otherwise deemed 'undeliverable' due to address errors, will incur excess shipping and handling fees, which will be the responsibility of the customer to pay.
- Delays beyond our control: Revolucian Prints cannot be held responsible for transit delays caused by couriers, industrial action, or customs processing.
However, we will always do our absolute best to support you and help resolve any transit issues!
